1. Our Return Policy

Sukesa aims to provide customers with a clear and straightforward return experience.

In addition to mandatory statutory consumer rights, Sukesa provides a 30-day commercial return period for eligible purchases, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal in Italy

Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo)

3. 30-Day Commercial Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the applicable conditions of this commercial return policy.

This 30-day period is a voluntary commercial return benefit provided by Sukesa and is intended to provide customers with an additional return option.

4. Return Conditions

Where reasonably possible, returned products should be:

• Unworn;
• Unwashed;
• In their original condition;
• Returned with original packaging and product tags where reasonably possible;
• Free from damage caused by improper use.

These commercial return conditions do not limit statutory consumer rights where applicable under Italian law.

5. How to Request a Return

Before sending a product back, please contact Sukesa at hello@sukesa.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will provide the applicable return instructions.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and reviewed, Sukesa will process the applicable refund in accordance with the relevant return terms and applicable law.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Customers retain applicable statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products under Italian and European Union consumer protection legislation.

These statutory rights are separate from the voluntary 30-day commercial return policy offered by Sukesa.

8. Applicable Italian Law

Consumer withdrawal and applicable return rights are governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), including the applicable provisions concerning distance contracts, the right of withdrawal, and consumer remedies.

Sukesa will comply with mandatory consumer protections applicable to customers in Italy.
